And here are some Chrysler design proposals for production-ready Dodges and Plymouths based on their full-size platform. You can see echoes of the Flitewing in them.

Interesting JK but I cannot get enthused. That rear end looks especially awkward. Maybe that is why it remained a concept.

The only one I like is the brown Fury.  The roofline seems to work; I wonder what the tail end design was like....hopefully not the three "stuck on" little round ones like the '62 Fury had.

The overall proportions are better than what we got.   The Fury, if produced as depicted in the upper right, would have been a competitive entry in the day IMHO.

Well to me, they look more modern than what the Big Three were producing at the time.

I like the designs.

They're interesting, that's for sure John.  These remind me of the "What if's" that have often appeared in "Collectible Automobile" magazine over the decades.  Of the lot, the only one that really looks okay is the upper right "Fury".  Certainly it has the hues of the REAL Fury for '62.  And we all know and remember the oddity of that one when it debuted.  Though, over time I've grown to appreciate it for its difference to its competitors, Ford and Chevy for that year.

Sorry John, they all appear awkward to me.
