It hasn't happened yet but it's getting close. It seems that the California bureaucrats are doing everything in their power create a "green utopia" at the expense of residents and industries in the state.

I understand that the head bureaucrat has a plan to tax anyone who moves out of the state. I wonder how that is going to work out.

Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm????  like that interstate in NJ that charges you to leave the state (entry is free).....the incentive is built right in

It is sad, because it's such a beautiful state. For the first time in its history more people are leaving than coming to California. That says it all.
