OMG! Wish I knew about this years ago.

It wasn't until a few years ago that MY solution came in a different form. I began wearing hearing aids in which I could control the volume.

@perrone1 My solution came a couple years ago when my wife got hearing aids and decided not to wear them when we're home. Now she doesn't hear some of my comments which is a real game changer.

I have you all beat......28 years ago, I came home from work early as they cut us loose due to bad weather (I worked road construction)

Upon arriving home, I found my wife with another guy in my house, and they both had wet hair and both were wearing only shower towels!

The divorce was expensive because she was a stay-at-home wife/mother, but you know what they say about expensive divorces....they are worth it!

My 55 year old brother is going through it now with a cheating wife, but they just bought a half million dollar house 3 years ago and they have a 13 year old son, so at his age  this is wearing him thin.

The divorce courts will tell him it is his fault she cheated on him and the judge will make him pay.

@ben-lampson I re-read your post, looking all the while for the punchlines....     Sadly, I don't think they're present; you're serious, aren't you?

@brush Seriously, is this true?     In 35 years, I don't think my wife & I have gone a day without an argument.

"Sorry you have been on rocky road."

Well, I wouldn't say that.    I'm 100% Italian, I can't say, "Please pass the butter...."   without raising my voice and getting into a fight.   LoL  😀 😀

- For you to not have any marital arguments in OVER 3 decades is simply unbelievable to me; it makes no sense.  It's like trying to divide the sky into parcels to sell.   Surely, you're in RARE company!    I've never heard a couple who NEVER fought.   Are you sure you're legally married?  😀 😀 😀

@chris Chris; I'm thinking the only way you could go that long without an argument would be if this was your missus....

@jack-dodds   Right!  😀 😀 😀     It's not that I don't believe him - why would he lie?    Rather - I've never heard of such a thing.   I wonder how many other married folks can make that claim?  🤔 🤔 🤔

I once knew a married couple that never argued. One of them was dead!
