Over the last couple of months I have been working on another Diorama, Australia's first built car the FX Holden, I recently found a couple of images on the net that gave me the inspiration.. I fair bit of artistic license has taken place. The models are 1/24 scale by Trax
NB: I think my Grandfather had a FJ If I remember properly.
A bit of Info about the FX Holden via Wikipedia https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Holden_48-215
Greg that is superb! Standout features are the lighting, corrugated edgings, the billboards and chrome lettering and logo. Suggest you look for a local model show, I'm aware theres an active Hunter Valley Model Car club, not sure how far south they come.

Yes, my very words exactly! I had to look twice, well OK three times.... For a minute, I thought that last pic was a vintage color photo! This is an outstanding diorama!
These Holdens are charming little cars; I have one in 1/18
A really interesting automobile and model and a great diorama of it ! It clearly also photographs beautifully in it's setting.
Excellent diorama.
