bit of a disappointing kit actually, firstly no engine, moulded door handles and wipers, very low parts count overall. Shame I think its a great looking car which is why I bought the kit. I actually painted and made up most of it while waiting for delicate parts on the 1933 Cadillac to dry.
PS thanks again to Christopher M. Chris I was able to widen the grove for the whitewalls with the front edge of a file, using a bit of vigor and pushing the whitewall in quickly.

It is still an impressive realisation despite your misgivings over separate parts. And very well made.
