@rich-sufficool Wow, nice build on that but sadly I can't even fabricate a 1/18 '56 Ply hardtop.... there's NOTHING (as you know ) to start with. 😔 😔 The closet I can come is Signature's 1/32 '56 Ply 2-dr. I have a few of these which I could convert to a 4-door, but.... Who the hell collects 1/32 unless it's for slot-cars? 😯 😮
I don't believe I've ever seen even 1/18 RESIN '55 or '56 Plymouths. 😬 😬
with and without the continental kit.
I do regret not buying one w/the conny & the skirts....just to have it. I'm not really a fan of either on 1:1s.
They were excellent models IMO but sadly they were stolen.
Sorry to hear that, but YEAH **** happens.... trust me, I know! 😬
@bob-jackman The engine bay isn't wired? I don't see ignition or battery wired.

Funny you noticed that.... THE ENGINE BAY is WIRED BUT for some strange reason all the (beautifully done ) ignition wires run below the exhaust headers and NEVER connect to the distributor cap. The coil, however, has a wire plugged right in the center of the distributor cap, exactly where is should be.
Also, I noticed the yellow/black car (the one I thinned downed the whitewalls ) still sat a bit too high in the back. I quickly disassembled it and fix that too. With the car apart I could've snapped a few pics of that WIRED engine, but I didn't know it was an "issue" until right now. Oh well, too late. 😯 😏
