UPDATE: FRAUD ALERT SITE STEALS CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

@chris They need to create the LLC so they can set up the business bank account to run their frauds on people. If you do Zillow searches of the above addresses, PARTNCHID LLC comes back to a 2 story house, two of the others also come back to houses one of them just sold in April 2024, the others do not pull up anything other than showing the area that covers the zip code. 

None of these websites have replied to me as I used their "contact us" on their websites, as for PARTNCHID LLC the email address listed on the paperwork with the State of Missouri is not a valid email address.

Here is another bogus website linked to PARTNCHID LLC. This one is Cripple Creek Backcountry. The real Cripple Creek Backcountry is located in Colorado and one location in the state of Washington. The bogus Cripple Creek Backcountry says they are located in Syracuse, NY 132210. Here is a copy of their contact us information for the bogus website:

Notice the address is not even complete on the bogus website and the phone number has one to many digits also the opening hours is the same as the other bogus websites I posted above. I contacted the real Cripple Creek Backcountry business via their email and am waiting to see if they respond to me about the bogus website using their name. 

This PARTNCHID LLC is bad news and they have bogus websites setup all over the internet to scam people. 

I put together a packet showing everything here as well as information and the complaints of fraud against PARTNCHID LLC and did my best to explain the fraud PARTNCHID LLC has been accused of committing against others and I sent it to the credit card company, I am hoping the credit card company will dig deeper this time and not find for PARTNCHID LLC. I will keep an eye on the Missouri Secretary of State website and the status of PARTNCHID LLC, they were sent letter of "Resignation" that they had until June 1, 2024 to correct the incorrect information on their Articles of Organization paperwork. PARTNCHID LLC used the Secretary of State and the Secretary of State address as their contact information, that should have been a red flag from the beginning. I am betting that PARTNCHID LLC lets the State of Missouri de-solve the LLC because the no longer need it to set up a business bank account and business payment accounts. 

The state of Missouri has Cancelled the business certificate for PARTNCHID LLC for failure to maintain a registered agent. PARTNCHID LLC used "Secretary of State" as their registered agent. PARTNCHID LLC also use the Secretary of State address as PARTNCHID LLC principle business address, they were sent a letter on April 3, 2024 to correct this information by June 1, 2024, PARTNCHID LLC did not respond and as such PARTNCHIC LLC LC014513683 has had their certificate of Limited Liability Company canceled. 

I will be contacting the credit card company with this information as well. 

Nice, good work!  Sadly though, there are still thousands of other bogus LLCs out there; these are covert & shady ways to hide sums of money, large & small.

@chris That is not the end of PARTNCHID LLC either, all they wanted was the certificate that showed they were a LLC, that allowed them to open business bank accounts and open business payment accounts, so everyone be careful and if you get a charge by PARTNCHID LLC on your credit card it is fraudulent and you can use this as part of your defense with the credit card company to fight the fraudulent charge. 

I still might end up having to eat this fraudulent $86.00 charge but I have dug up all the information I could find and have submitted it to my credit card company, including this information today about the cancellation of PARTNCHID LLC certificate as a LLC. 

There are who knows how many bogus websites this PARTNCHID LLC has created that is defrauding people of their money right now. I know of at least 8 different websites that are bogus and there are many more you can be sure. 

All my work digging up information and documenting this PARTNCHID LLC has paid off, Barclays has closed the case finding that I am not responsible for the reported fraudulent activity. I checked again today and PARTNCHID LLC is listed as Administratively Dismissed/Canceled and it has now been 34 days and PARTNCHID LLC has not taken any action regarding their canceled LLC by the state of Missouri to get their LLC reinstated.  

I ended up sending hard copies of all the information I found on PARTNCHID LLC including the Missouri Secretary of State actions against PARTNCHID LLC to Barclays and I think that is what helped my case on this fraudulent charge. 

PARTNCHID LLC has had 3 months from April 3, 2024 to June 1, 2024 to correct their fraudulent information on their LLC certificate and it has now been 34 more days to request rescission packet to reinstate the LLC and PARTNCHID LLC have failed to do so. 

If you get any charges from a PARTNCHID LLC on your credit card fight it, they are a scam company.

I keep checking on the following websites the first one of which is the one I was scammed on and none of them will open now.

All six of these sites were listing the diecast car I was trying to find and all of them had prices within 3 or 4 dollars of each other and all of them were $100 dollars or so lower price than other sites. The old if the price is too good to be true rings true here. 

With the PARTNCHID LLC being closed by the Secretary of State of Missouri and the investigation by my credit card company I wonder if Barclays contacted Visa, Mastercard and the other payments sites PARTNCHID LLC had set up with and alerted them to the fact that PARTNCHID LLC was cancelled by the state of Missouri. With no way to receive payments PARTNCHID LLC can't commit fraud anymore. There are other websites besides the ones I listed including this one that no longer opens as well: cripplebiasale.com, this one used to open a fraudulent website posing as Cripple Creek Backcountry.
