@perrone1 Good point Tony....not to mention how climate change might affect olive and pearl onion availability/cost. What do you say we meet up for a martini or twelve and discuss that R-Type Buick when it becomes available? If I save up I might be able to afford one by 2064.
it would do nothing that had not been popularly predicted
Correct. I didn't want to go that far down the road in my initial post but yeah, many of the features found on modern cars were at least discussed, predicted and fake replicated on concept vehicles of the 1950's & '60's.

Martini? Did you say martini - on New Year's Eve? Saddle up boys...
@perrone1 Sounds like a plan pardner! I've saddled up my burro Festus and we're heading to town Code 3. See you at the Long Branch....we'll wash down some of that trail dust.

Yee Haw! I polished up my spurs and got the John Deere waxed and ready for town.
No way, it's equipped (standard feature ) with GIAM. Gyrocentric Interspec Auto Monitoring makes it virtually impossible to tip over. But I wouldn't expect anyone, in 2024, to understand this technology. 😏 😏
Gyro? Why didn't I think of that. They even put those things in boats these days. OK, sold - I'll be buying the Buick R Type in 2064. (I'll be a spry 117!)
I hope 'n pray I don't need a "Gyro Implant" as I get older just to be able to stand on my own two feet without falling over 🙏🤣
