I have found that when you post you get a white page from WordPress, if you just use your browser back button you should find that your post went through like normal. If you click on the link on the white WordPress page that takes you to another page and that is when the double posts happen when you use the back button to back out of the WordPress pages.
My posts and gone through fine just the white WordPress page showing up instead of going back to the thread you posted in. Clearly there is a bug in the WordPress software causing this.

You're right on clicking on the Word Press link. But on posting and hitting back button, it is hit and miss; at least with some equipment. Various computer platforms and cell phone systems are sometimes different.
But keep the positive thoughts and thanks for the great suggestion!
