This steroidal brother of the 934 was introduced at the same time for FIA Group 5. Taking advantage of a loop hole in the FIA rule book, the fender mounted headlamps were dropped and the "slant nose" era for Porsche began. Ultimately the 3.3 liter flat 6 power was boosted to 880 HP via twin turbos, which, for a time, had the 935 without any competition. This Exoto model in Standox Chromillusion "Avus Galaxy" is the 935/77A which was sold to customers and privateers.

Rich, your excellant photos of your Exotos make me miss mine and remind me of the level of detail they had. Mine have been in storage for about 15 years. I have the 935 in white. The last two photos are the last time I had all my Porches on display.
