The Auto Union Type D, built from 1938 to '39 was powered by a twin supercharged (added in 1939) 3.0 liter V12 that produced an astounding 485 hp and could top end at 205 mph and was driven by the likes of Tazio Nuvolari winning both the Italian and British Grand Prix.
This model is one of CMC's finest.

awesome model, as you'd expect from CMC. Love the engine detail!
