With the gold over black, it looks like a Hurst Edition (if there was one beyond ordering their shifter)

@rich-sufficool I am pretty sure Hurst worked with Oldsmobile the most, and they did a Hurst early 1970's Grand Prix SJ I believe it was. I don't think they ever did a car with Chevrolet or Buick.
