SEEING RED MONDAY!
This Brochure almost put me in to cardiac arrest. The model came out of nowhere. Not being one of the usual choices to produce by any of the Mints. It was a bold and different model and as would be expected from DM, replicated to perfection. In a vibrant BRIGHT RED with an interior that entices you to get in, a powerful to precision 425hp Street HEMI engine and with dual carbs to boot! Not to mention the matching "Red Wall" tires that surrounded attractive "Spinner" type wheels, this car was ready to move you, and move you fast! Since the day this model arrived on my doorstep, it's been in a front row spot on my display shelves. It's a model if you have, you won't part with it, and if you don't have it, you want it!

This is an amazing model. I don't recall seeing the brochure before my model arrived. This one was part of the Preview Society so it arrived as soon as it was issued.

Great writeup George. I agree with John as this being a preview society model. I was surprised and pleased when this model arrived without prior notice.
Loved the DM Preview Society.

I almost sent it back, but now I'm glad that I kept it.

Just curious, why did you almost send it back? I'd be bummed if I didn't have this one in my collection. It's an awesome model.

Wow, this one looks fantastic ! Great choice for subject matter and, in 1/18 scale, Highway 61 also felt the same way and tooled this Plymouth up.
George, you know I am a mopar fan, so as with everyone else I was overjoyed when mine came.
Mike, I also have the 1/18 model and it is terrific.
