LOL John, our brains must be thinking on the same wave-length this morning. My "I'VE GOT MAIL" post for today features DM's 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396. Like your 1969 "Daily Dose of Diecast" for today, it is a beauty. Good stuff man!

John. Great shots of one of my favorite cars. I just unpacked mine working on my new car/office room. It will be parked along side the Triple Black and Blue ones. I also have several 69's from Crown Premiums and First Gear. Even though the 68 is basically the same car, I liked the taillights better on the 69.
Looks great in this color....great pics too!

I love that (Hugger?) orange. I have a Yenko liveried one in 1/18.
I have this orange with the black stripe and the black with the orange stripe. I have always like the 68 and 69 styling and these models are terrific. I agree with John N. about the 69 tail lights.
Franklin Mint did a beautiful job on this one.

Thanks George-yours too. I was actually going to post this model this morning, but wasn't thrilled with the photos-so I went with this one instead. So our wave-length may be even closer-LOL!
