John, great photo's. Mom had a 70 in the brown. Loved the MK III. I remember the day that Dad bought it and Mom drove it home. It was already 2 years old and I was 14 at the time. We were driving to a grocery store when someone almost hit us. Mom pushed on the center of the wheel to blow the horn, but nothing happened. She looked all over the wheel to try and blow the horn. Even when we got to the store, she still was looking. Had to wait until we got home for Dad to tell her that there was a rubber ring on the inside of the wheel that if you pushed on it, it would blow the horn. I even remember the song on the radio. Syliva's Mother, by Dr. Hook. The only reason I remember the song is that I was trying to "date" a Sylvia in my class. That is another story, but this was a great day.
Look'N good in white, great pics of course.

John N., my model of this car is in brown. I believe Ford called the horn switch a rim blow.
Yep, that horn is on my brother's '70 Mach 1.
You could use it no matter where your hands were on the wheel. Sounds like a great safety feature to me.
