That was a very popular color in '55. Pink and coral were all the rage. I think every bathroom was tiled in pink with charcoal gray accents. My mother bought me a pink shirt with gray collar so I could look hip (at 9 years old).

Love the photos! I missed out on the convertible, don't know that happened, but I did. I really like the color combo on it. Not to shelf: DM '55 Chevy convertible is added to bucket list.

What a beautiful Chevrolet ! My Dad though so, too .... he had a cream and coral 2 door coupe.
