Here's another look at a Ford Fairlane that is not often seen. I have quite a few Fairlane models from both FM & DM and this is one of my favorite models, and I am not always much into custom cars.

Love this model John, and your pics are awesome!  Like you, I'm not usually a "custom" car guy.  But this one was a "must have" for me.  It's only one of four customs I have in my collection.  One of the unique things about the custom work on this Ford is the way they incorporated the white with chrome strip under the side windows.  Unique because that was taken from the same year Mercury's.   There was just no way I could pass this one up.

Yup!  Sometimes it's the little things that are a big deal.  It's just a cool model.  I should have mentioned that grille too.  Is it from a Chevy or a DeSoto?  It's a great touch, whichever it is.
