I get a kick out of this pickup with "Forward Look" rear quarters ending with two DeSoto tail lamps as the Big Three began to make utilitarian work horses look stylish.

I remember thinking that this is a rather "interesting" truck to compete with the Chevy Cameo; a bit ungainly by comparison. To my eye the rear half is out of styling sync with the front half. It's pretty cool from an automotive history perspective though and quite rare.

First time I clicked through, I was so "distracted" by the setting I had to go through it again to check out the truck. Wide angle setting with great background is brilliant John.

Nice diorama John, again you've not disappointed us. I have this DM pick-up and four others. Have to be honest that, the only reason I purchased them is that my wife likes old pick-ups. But they never caught my fancy, so I didn't buy any more. DM did do a great job on them though!
