Hey JB. Little know fact, but my brother-in-law played bass in a band with David Byrne back in their college days.... long before Talking Head's fame. I'm still a Byrne fan. Some of his new stuff is very cool.

pretty pretty pretty cool John !!!........I`ve always considered him eloquent and articulate and I tend to place him into that wonderful weird era of MTV`s prime days ..... his performances and that of Devo would always stop me in my tracks as it blasted forth from my front projection big screen (with almost 70% of viewable area)
what new stuff?
very good John, had a nice laugh!
Thank you Geoff....you`re always so generous with your comments.....so much so, that I`m compelled to let you know that I made up the story of Billy and the summer camp.....the REAL story is not quite so wholesome but I feel honor-bound here to relate as much of it as I can recall
it went something like this:
"Hello Mudda....hello Fadda.....here I am at......Camp Granada....."
Allan Sherman immediately came to mind and it would seem I'm not the only one.
excellent John, didnt think that bear would stay hungry for too long!
My recollections on the camp were: Camp Gitchie Goomee Noonee Wa-Wa. KAOS prison camp located "somewhere in New Jersey", apparently in the vicinity of Passaic.

looks like ol` Gitchie Goomee might`a been on the tail end of Gilligan`s lagoon
