Diecast auction prices are high ???

I can only smile on this subject... Smile

I was here on this site back in the 1990 and early 2000 ... White Lincoln'c, White Auborn Boatail, White Rolls Royce ... Then we have the Red Chevy Belaire vert, Red Chevy Impala Vert, Red M/B Gull Wing ... I can list at least 10 more diecasts that sold easy over the $1,000 mark .... some at $1,500.

Shoot fire .. if the diecast was a color red ... price was sky high

Just for the record ... The diecasts selling over the $2,000 mark ... there was free food and drink for all to watch ... block party!!!

After the auction hammer fell ... you could hear the crowds roar while standing on their feet pumping their tiny lil diecasts fists in the air

This website server was smokin' churning so bad - there were so many people in the forum ...

Once we left the forum, we'd all go the lounge, pull up chair and the online banter and chatter resumed.

Prices today .... no where near the level when I was playing in this diecast hobby (addiction)

I know first hand ... I was on both ends of the trade ... I was buying and selling

If you want sky hi auction prices ... I think - I may not be sure here ... but review the price history on this wesite ... look a the highest prices ... just be sure you're sitting down and have a pillow under chin ... just in case your chin hit the floor

I'm sitting smiling ... Grin

Remembering the good ol days 😉
