I have 2 Nash Metro's and have not seen any issue like this. But did have a ltd Ed Edsel that the hood just crumbled. I got a donor hood and had it painted and then I installed it. Looks brand new.

This little Nash looks like it might be a diorama candidate.
my "good one" is missing a headlight,taillight and a wiper blade.....the rest of the donor should provide some good truck bed decor 😀
