JB....the phone's for you! It's producer Quinn Martin calling from the Great Beyond. He says he saw episodes 1 thru 3 and wants to contract you to do a TV series about a one-legged woman's quest to seek revenge on The Bear that ate her limb and the cop, Trooper Pritchard Gimble, who stood by and let it happen. He's offering a 13 week series....says he successfully did a twist on this basic concept once before and thinks this one could grow legs. Wanna take the call?
for legs ???......I`m in Jack !!....
He wasn't specific...but I'm thinking just two. But hey, it's a start.
@jack-dodds I wont forget the pivotal role you`ve played in making this all possible Jack.....As a token of my appreciation,I have held the recently vacated position of "Personal Assistant to Bear" open for you,and you alone.....you`ll need to attend an informal interview on Tuesday at Bear`s place ......401 East Carnivore Circle,Hog Waller Swamp....... (Pro Tip _ put a rasher of bacon in your pocket prior to the interview)

Yes, thank you...I just got your confirmation email. I am especially intrigued that, aside from the assistant job, Bear commented he wants to show me apart and he thinks I might fillet. So exciting for this closet actor; but why he wants me to bring A-1 Sauce is beyond me......
@jack-dodds 3 legs.....my last best and final offer
Well....okay I guess; but it jist ain't natural is all.
The bear's not looking for someone with good taste Jack......
@jack-dodds Quinn Martin?!?! You must be an old timer like me. His production company ruled the airwaves back in the 60s and 70s. My favorites were "The Fugitive" and "the Invaders".

Yessir....I am an old buzzard. I had forgotten about "The Invaders", starring Roy Thinnes; it was a great show....."A QM Production" as they said at the end of his shows.
