Saw a 1960 FM Impala coupe in RED go for $865 on eBay. I'd take the 2 new DM limited editions for about $270 and keep the change.

It looks like someone got a good deal! They usually sell for $1,400.00-$2,000.00

Just take a look at our auction's archives and you'll see I am right about it.

Lot of money for a repaint. Maybe this is what TFM has been basing their prices on lately, LOL.

I know, I know. It's not a repaint. Just funnin.

When it comes to '60 Impala coupes, I'll take a FM anytime over that ....

abortion from DM. Wrong roof, wrong deck lid, wrong
interior and wrong shift linkage!

I thought we just went through this? Frankly, I love FM's 60 Impalas...

...Their Red Convertible is a beauty even to this date and sits very well and stunning next to DM's. Sometimes, I think I like it better.

They are both meant to be enjoyed. To me, that makes them eye candy....Yum.

They're all toys Michael, just toys and nothing more.....

some are better than others, and in this case the very
early FM is far superior to the DM effort which doesn't
look much like the original. I actually have the DM
rendition which is always good for a laugh. Bought it for
a song once I showed the original owner all the errors.

I love my DM LE 60 Impalas. The copper color of the ht, and, blue color of the cv. are absolutely breathtaking. I know about the roof being a little long, and, the trunk lid not being long enough, but, I don't care. I would never have noticed it until somebody pointed the error out. I like them much beter than FM's versions.
