Oh yeah Hollis, I agree with you - the black top looks better than the white. But the white interior still accents the car like (plum) crazy!
My favorite MoPar color.
@perrone1 +1 Agree about the interior colors and it ties in with the "hockey stick" as well. I must say though that I'm not a fan of the window louvers on any car....just not my thing.

No, I'm not a fan either. But here, I understand. More on that in a second. We've all discussed this sort of thing many, many times. Continental kits, fender skirts, rear window louvers. In general, I totally dislike them. On certain cars, they are much more acceptable.
But back to the present. The louvers are perfect for Hollis. He's not like we mere mortals. No sir. He is a Super Star and fans won't leave the poor soul alone. They hound him at every stop sign and red light. So these help.
@perrone1 Yup for sure. We all have our preferences as it should be and thankfully they differ or it would get boring rather quickly!
On a separate note this reminds me of how much this Forum has caused my impression and opinion of a great number of cars to change over our years of conversation. One very recent example is regarding the 1950 Buick grille which I HATED for decades.....now it has totally grown on me for the brash statement it makes....so there ya go!
You now LIKE the 50 Buick grille? What's wrong with you son? You some kind of nut? HA! Yep, it happens as we get older or more familiar with thngs. Same thing with food. As a kid, so many things I hated - now I love them. (But not Brussel's sprouts)
Wicked cool Hollis, I REALLY like this conversion. 💯👍
Not a fan of the rear window treatment but I love the body color.

@perrone1 Sometimes I feel like a nut...sometimes I don't, but truth be known I'm more of a legume. But once again I digress.......what was it about louvers on the back window of the '50 Buick again?
@perrone1 You been on a motor trip over to Plains, GA. Tony?
