These three 1:24 scale diecast 1940 Fords were produced by Ertl in the late 1990s as kits. No opening doors; just the hoods. The plain light yellow version with maroon fenders needed decals acquired from a Hot Rod Power Tour applied to direct some attention away from "Speed Merchant". The orange wagon speaks for itself. I like all three equally, but I'll let you decide on which one you prefer the most.
Thanks for looking...
nice work on all 3, kinda prefer the woody.
I prefer the color combination on the Flowmaster panel delivery.
There seems to be no limitations as to what can be done on a 1940 Ford of any kind - they all come out gorgeous!!
You can't go wrong with a 40 Ford. I like all 3 of them.
which one woody pick? clever Jack!
@jack-dodds I'm still with the woody, stock pic 3
I actually have 7 of them! DMs 4 stock versions plus their great old rod, FMs pickup and a nice AMT? 1/25 Coke van kit. Of course the Coke kit could be made into any commercial van, limited only by decal choice.
I like panel deliverys, but I would want to drive a woody because of easier visability when driving.
The stock woody would be my choice but the stock panel is a close second.
