Welly offers a 1965 Impala that might lack some details but is still great in my collection.

That looks great Galen. Is it 1/24 or one of their odd scales? 😊

A fine image of this great-looking car and model. The color is excellent, too.

Welly scale is listed to be 24-27 on some boxes. I measured against several other 1/24 Impalas and it is smaller.

Thanks for the info guys. I have the Sunstar '65 Impala in this color and it is actually 1/24. I know Welly does these in several colors, so I was curious as to actual scale in case I wanted to add a different color to my collection.😊👍

Don't know about the '65 Chevy, but my experience with Welly with other images, they are 1/27 regardless of what it says on the packaging.  The roof line on the '65 Chevy looks odd from where I'm sitting.

@geno I too have the Sunstar convertible and Hardtop and both are accurate 1/24 scale.

@bob-jackman cool, I've been in search of one of those convertibles. They are pretty scarce.

The Welly Impala models are definitely much smaller than 1:24. I bought a couple years ago-never been out of the box for display. The SunStar versions are far truer to scale and display nicely with others. I haven't done anything with mine lately but took a bunch of photos years ago with them included in my Impala series.

Here are comparison pics of the FM 1963 Impala, the Hachette 1965 Ford Galaxie, and the Sunstar 1965 Impala.  If the FM 1963 Impala is the 1/24 standard, the other two seem to be the same scale.
