Great model of a really nice car but Brooklin exaggerated the front grill somewhat. I still want it. Thanks for this post David.

I too really like this model. Here's my collection of it. I repainted one in Glade Green. I also turned one into a '49 Chrysler in Ocean Blue.

Where did you get the front clip to create a Chrysler version?   Maybe a NEO black sedan?   I keep hoping NEO will relaunch their '49 Chrysler New Yorker sedan in blue as was shown a while back but not produced....yet.    And maybe some day we'll see the all steel four door wagon that replaced these woodies from Dodge,  Desoto, and Chrysler?   Something like this one.
