Some time ago, a piece was published here regarding the 1955 Chrysler Spring Editions. There were some photos seen here.
That inspired me to work on the Brooklin 1955 Chrysler.
The interior was very sparse.
I updated the interior with detailed power windows and steering wheel from our 1955 Chrysler models. Unfortunately, I could not find the photos that I took then, and did not want to take this model apart.
But here is the result. Of course, I had to add wire wheels and air conditioning.
I also started the reverse combination, as yet, unfinished.
That discussion also led to our 1954 Spring edition models.
Really excellent work ! That Chrysler looks superb and that color combination is especially attractive.
That pops, Tom! Very nice work. I really like how you handled the two-tone.

I just finished this spring addition. The original sapphire blue was used with white. The blue from Brooklin was so beautiful and also matched the brochure color. Glad to see another version.
So, it's this different side trim & paint scheme, as opposed to the otherwise simple horizontal chrome trim, that identifies all '55 Windsors (hardtops & sedans ) as "Spring Editions?"
Dirn, you did some work!
Wow!! Seeing all these beautiful '55 Chrysler Windsors is quite a thrill for me!
