As Brooklin models become more and more exclusive and as their prices soar, I am finding that I derive pleasure in many of the older releases that, while they lack the current level of chrome detail and delicate little pieces that easily break off, the castings are very accurate. This 1956 Lincoln Premier hardtop is one of my favorites. Offered in two color schemes, Sunburst Yellow/Starmist White and Amethyst/Starmist White, these cars are excellent replicas of the fifties.

I love the period correct wild colors of these models.
They both look nice. I especially like the yellow one.

And if Brooklins, even old ones, are a bit too spendy there is the GFCC version at bargain prices last time I checked. I got one to accompany my Madison four door and Brooklin hardtop and modified it into a convertible although it can be displayed as a hardtop OR a convertible.

Sometimes it just happens that one of a good thing is simply not enough. I liked the Sunburst Yellow Lincoln so much that I acquired another one a few years later.

I'll bet you chew Doublemint gum too David?
I like the slight difference between the two models.

I have the yellow hardtop and the red convertible. I love them both, but the convertible is a knockout due to its chrome windscreen frame.
My sentiments exactly! I have these two as well.
The 56 Lincoln is one of my all- time favorite automobiles and I have models from several different makers including Madison, Brooklin, NEO and GFCC.
