@chris-sweetman I looked and we have a few print ads for ModeleX but no brochures...

@karl Hi Karl
This is a page from the 1995 ModeleX International Show brochure promoting the Somerville 500 series. ModeleX were the Scale Model Motor Show - for the white metal and resin industry. They ran from 1990 until 2003. They were held at The National Motor Cycle Museum, Solihull, Birmingham until 2000. There was no show for 2001. Then for the 2002 and 2003 shows they were held at The National Agriculture Centre, Stoneleigh Park, Stoneleigh, Kenilworth, CV8 2LZ. Agricultural is the key definition for this exhibition site!
The page reads:
"We're starting a new collection of "special interest" subjects called FIVE HUN-DREDS. They will only be available direct from us, and just 500 of each will be made; and individually numbered.
The existing range of Somerville Models will still be offered through the retail trade and new releases will continue to appear regularly. But for something a bit different and very collectable - a "500 DIRECT" could be just the thing you've been looking for!"
Nowadays, 500 as a model car issue is rather high and would no longer be considered a limited edition.

@chris-sweetman Would be nice to see in this topic scans of SAMS and R&J from ModeleX brochures. Somerville is very interesting and important company but in this topic I score everything connected with Richard Hutchins.
