"The only downside is the red body - unpainted resin looks too plasticy..."
It's a cool model, but I agree with your critique. IMO, that Matrix '39 Mercedes still leads.....
@nickies Here are the German awards: https://www.gq-magazin.de/artikel/modellauto-des-jahres-die-coolsten-miniaturmodelle-2025
Here are a few close-ups of Harv's Bugatti. The detail on the Matrix is very well done. But to my eye, it doesn't match the detail on the EMC. Of course, there's a considerable price difference.

So....... what other "Best Models" came to the market for 2025? There must be some more.
I added a few Stamp and Goldvarg but nothing really exceptional. I don't either consider repaints as new models but some are certainly very nice.
@chris Next year, we should nominate the ones we want! This year's is a diverse list....

That Evrat looks really nice!
I put this one forward but I am sure lots of others did as well.

@karl Hmm...... 🤔 🤔 🤔 I'm unimpressed; I like "our" choices better.
Well choices here could have been nominated for the 2025 MCHOF Awards.

If you aren't agsinst I'd like to introduce my point of view. In my opinion the best models in 2025 were the 1959 Cadillac by Motor City, 1984 Austin Montego and 1980 Austin Metro by Lansdowne, 1960 Lincoln Continental by Brooklin BRK 245.
@chris Are these models issued in 2024 or 2025? I think the Burago, for example, came out at least a year ago.
