I absolutely love 1965 Impalas. However this model just looks like there's something off about it I'm not sure what it is either the body looks too thick in the middle or there's not enough thickness in the overhang front and rear or maybe it's just that the tires look to be too big for the model itself. I hate to criticize models but like I said I love 65 Impalas and there's just something doesn't look right.

Maybe someone else can take a look it always helps to have another pair of eyes look at something and make their comments maybe my eyes are just really really going bad.

After looking at some pictures it looks to be that the model may be missing the chrome trim that goes around the wheel wells and then travels along the lower rocker panels and the back fender also maybe that's what makes it look too thick to me.

I loved the '65 Impala when it was introduced; quite the wholesale change from the beautiful '64.  This yellow color really suited it too.  GM gave this car a good number of outstanding color choices

Agree with Bob. And the white interior sets it off better than black, IMHO.

Hello John - it's been a while, and I hope you and everybody else at 'the zone' have been keeping well.  This recent addition to your collection is spectacular.

I've been wanting one of these, but Brooklin's official colours do not exactly say "buy me now" as this does! Have you any idea who did the paintwork?
