I came a little late to the Brooklin game, and I'm loving adding some of their older models to my collection.

I just received this beautiful Nash and after doing a little research I learned that Brooklin made a boo-boo on this model! The "Pininfarina" emblem is correctly placed on the front fender on the passenger side, but it's on the REAR fender on the driver's side! I see that it was corrected on the yellow version and from what I've read, on the second run of the maroon one as well. Fun fact!

This Nash (mine is the yellow version) is one of my favorite Brooklins, even comparing it with the wonders they are now producing.  I like your version, too, Moe, and your details of the emblem placement is special.  Thanks!

I really like this Pininfarina series of Nashes from '52 - '57 and, although I have 4 of the initial 1952 Golden Airflytes in 1/18th scale, I don't yet have a 1/43 version. This beautiful Brooklin Nash would be a treat and I'd still take one even if they had misplaced the Farina badges onto the continental spare !

Nice pictures Barrry. I too love this model and all of the older Brooklins as I think they have a charm all their own. A late friend of mine, who was also a collector, used to detail my Brooklins by scraping the paint off of the insignias, etc. The Brooklin models are terrific as is but when the details are picked out they become works of art. The older Brooklins today are, for the most part, fairly good bargains especially in the realm of white metal models.

Mike, I've found several of the older Brooklins, like this Nash, at really good prices on "that" auction site. It also seems to me that they stay in great condition even after 20+ years!

An excellent Brooklin model, even with the error. I have the yellow version too. I have never seen one of these in person, but that makes the model even more special.
