Does anyone know anything about HRN-Models? I see some listings for a 70/71 Continental that look pretty nice on eBay. 3 colors available at a decent price point.

These seem to be unauthorized knock-offs of Jim Cowen's Automodello model released a couple years ago. This brand also sells a copy of the Top Marques Ken Block's F150 and a 1/18 Mercedes released by someone else, so these must be all made by the same factory that produces the legitimate stuff nut has an issue with ethics.

I have two of the Continental Mark IIIs, they are nice models. I didn't realize they were copies of the Automodello versions until after I bought them.

That's just a shame. Undoubtedly, the original issuing company paid for the development of the models only to see the factory release them at a lower price because someone else absorbed the cost of the molds and castings. These Mark III's are clearly the same as Automodello's.
