I received this model about a week or so ago. I know, it's another '54 Lincoln, but this solid black makes the model stand out.

All black cars were not as ubiquitous in the 1950's as they are today - so yeah, this '54 Capri is a standout for sure! Congrats John! 😎 😎

All one color, instead of the roof not matching, lends a nice touch of class to the gorgeous Lincoln!

@perrone1 I agree Tony. Also the contrasting interior really sets it off nicely. I received mine yesterday and am very pleased with it. It will sit beside the white/blue version in the cabinet. This is one of those situations where I like the model much more than the real car; the "plucked" look of the headlights is minimized on the model.

Black is beautiful! Love the pics. I'm not going to say anything about the headlights...I think that subject is been exhausted to the point of nausea. OOPS!
