Wright and Strutt's book came out in 2011.  You might find it on Amazon US or eBay UK used - see external links at:

Back in 1995 when me and a buddy went to a Brooklin Models function we spent a couple of days at Ray and Christine Strutt's place in Uckfield, East Sussex.  During that time we also went with him to a HUGE, amazing toy fair in Brussels.  I still have a number of items bought there in my collection. Ray is a very knowledgeable person and a really nice man.
