Back in November I posted a few pics of this without any sort of "scene" - love this model and wanted to share again....

A nice one Ted. I have that one and the version that DNF'd at Sebring.
Coincidentally, today I was taking pics of some Minichamps, which included two Tipo 61s. Here is the Jim Hall car, which placed 7th at the 1980 Nassau Trophy race.
Here is the 1961 SCCA racer, which was first at Meadowdale, driven by Roger Penske.

Good ol' Minichamps. They hooked me on collecting 1:43, adding 'companions' for the 60s Corgis I still display. Great castings, accurate colors, and levels of detail that still look good even by today's standards. Thanks for sharing that diorama Ted.
