Not quite sure what Renato means by "new brand"? Classic One Forty Three seems to be associated with the North American Brooklin Collectors Club (although I can't quite figure out how the two clubs are related) and this appears to be a re-colour of the NABCC club model for 2022. I found this image of the original blue version on their website.

The NABCC no longer exists. The website should be taken down, but those who originally maintained it no longer have access to it. The owners of the O-Gauge Forum, who also owned the NABCC, migrated the NABCC members to the Classic One Forty-Third Club and sourced this Caribbean version shown above from Automodello. Brooklin is in the final stages of producing its version in white metal. It will be made available to those folks who originally ordered from the NABCC. Tom Kinney, Karl Schnelle, and I are no longer associated with the O Gauge Forum or any of its clubs.

Thanks John. I was going to comment on this thread, but I preferred to give you the opportunity. I am also no longer associated with any of these groups. The whole situation is sad and unfortunate.
Ah, right. I browsed my way to NABCC, Classic One Forty Third Club, O-Gauge Forum and Automodello and, not having followed the fortunes (or misfortunes?) of any of these outfits I had no idea what on earth was going on.
Thank you, John for the succinct explanation. Back in April, someone from Brooklin posted on Facebook the two-tone paint trials for their Caribbean. So they are on their way with their white metal model.
I was the only content editor for the NABCC website but no longer have access, as of 12 months ago. I am very disappointed that they have not taken it down or at least noted on it that it is no longer active. It confuses a lot of folks who find it online.
My only other comment is that the 3rd party manufacturer of the resin Caribbean has not been officially named as far as I know, so I am not certain who will make it in the end. I assume it will be available to their club members only... I do know Automodello has done some great cars in the past so I look forward to seeing it.
