I think the "car artist" might have been inspired by the name of the 2004 Citroen Picasso, which was a bit more boring!  Here is the 1/43 Norev (hobbyDB) if you want the plain Jane one!:

Clearly I'm in the minority. I find it very clever and worthy of the Picasso name. The 2004 Citroen Picasso must have been named after Leonard Picasso.
