Here is a 1950 Chevrolet 4-door sedan as done very nicely by Solido many years ago. I also have a family photograph of an uncle and his wife as they stand before a white-walled Chevy sedan before they moved from Western Springs, IL out to Southern California and his aeronautical engineering job at North American Aviation.
Whoa! Some of your best shots yet Mike. Playful, dramatic and whimsical!
Thanks, Tony ! The image with my aunt and uncle was taken by my grandpa before I was born in Illinois and the Solido images were actually done quite a while before my stroke ago when I had a brain that worked better, lol !
Lol, well other than the blue Solido 1/43 diecast replica in the center of the image, the rest of the special FX photograph is real and certainly not taken by me !
Mike that city shot is fantastic. I have the Solido model in maroon and think it is quite good for a low priced model.
Mike, as usual great pictures.

Two great photos! 👍
Thanks ! I got this older Solido Chevrolet sedan at one of the Countryside, IL shows a number of years ago.

Mike, I think, based on your writing, that you are coming along just fine! You sound good, all is in order and sounds like your cognitive and intuition levels are coming back in fine order. Take your time, avoid frustration and listen to all of your doctor's advices. I had my first heart attack and first stroke in my early twenties! That was nearly 60 years ago.
@perrone1 Mike I'm with Tony. Your words and pictures tell me you have great skills which you share with us here on the forum.
Thank you ! I have had an earlier heart attack and later a stroke (and 3 episodes of C19) so I most certainly should not complain if things aren't exactly as they used to be. Lol, the alternative is not exactly very positive !
This model has always been wrong ......... there are no vent windows. Otherwise, it was barely acceptable and the Buick Super was also a disappointment.
But I like it and that is really the only thing that counts !
