I like the etching for the Chevrolet on the front. As said on facebook this look much better than having the script fixed to the body and painted over. I really appreciate this improvement.

The BRK 219 1954 Cadillac Fleetwood sixty special and the BRK 216 Chevrolet Impala 2-door Hardtop than I received Wednesday have the script also and are two beautiful models. It's been awhile than i did not bought some BRK models probably near of three years and once again I fall in love with their models and i'm wonder if i should not concentrated my future purchases only on their models. For me they still the best value for models in white metal. I look and compare with some models than I paid more expensive and i don't see a lot of difference. I can even put them easily together.

Looks great. I definately want one of those. For the most part, this past year I have purchased primarily Brooklin models with a few other white metal ones mixed in. I have given up on the resin. I was so disappointed in the state of some of my models when I packed them this past year for the move. Most of my resin models were displayed in their original cases, I just needed to re-secure them to the base. The problem was the number of them that had loose or fallen off trim pieces. They all seem very delicate.

I also gave up buying fast enough and as you said it takes a lot more time to repack when you move. I have no patience to revise each model on its base and take more precautions to protect them during a move. It is much faster to put a BRK, CNQ, MCUSA, Minimarque in its box and it is better protected in my opinion.

(Pics) I hope so and i agree with you about the color scheme on the Ford.

I like these two tone Green and two tone Blue.

Yes, both these color combinations look great on the 1953 Ford, but the following ones look even greater, I think:
Sheridan Blue/Sungate Ivory (navy blue/white roof) or
Carnival Red metallic/Sandpiper Tan. Have seen them both
on the real model!
