Finally I could made some pics of this truck I bought some weeks ago. The model is very nice and funny because it offers lots of combinations. I hope you like it.Â

Very nice Keko. Is it possible to pose cars on the lower level?
Also, very strange there are US and European license plates. I wonder if this is based on a restored example in Europe?Â
Well done, Keko!  Your excellent photography really shows off your subjects, and they are models of excellence. Thank you for sharing these. Â
your presentation in my opinion scores a "10" great job and thanks for sharing.
I have one on order. Looks like a 1954 or early 1955 version with the one piece windscreen. Maybe the trailer could be attached to the Brooklin COE 1953 Dodge, set up to haul Mopar cars?  Thanks for posting the photos.

@john-quilter Yes, I think the Trailer would suit good with Brooklin tractors...
I think sooner or later Ixo will release this model in the regular market and with un upgrade ending as the same they do with their other trucks.

@karl I think it's exactly the same truck... I also saw this pic in internet...

And either of these Ford tractors would be suitable tow vehicles.
Or with some modification this short wheelbase dump truck, a 1956 Ford F-700 COE.

Actually, this vintage car hauler (being a vintage car hauler guy 😀) was released over a year ago and it's an EXCELLENT replica of the 1:1. I had to have it! The only problem (..and it was discussed at length on this forum) is that the nature of this VERY unique and quite specific (to truck loads) trailer design LIMITS the type/quantity of the vehicles it can haul.
We played around with numerous "loads" to achieve a "convincing look."  Needless to say, only certain sized cars/truck will work. But of course, the model is TOO NICE to pass up! 😀Â
A side note: I've fabricated a few 1/18 vintage car haulers (tutorials posted on the 1/18 forum). My latest project was completed a few months back.... a 1956 Ford COE F750 E&L Transport with 4 car MHS trailer. Â
