The French Velam Isetta seems to be the lesser known version of the popular Italian microcar. The bodywork is a bit different from Iso and BMW Isetta which were almost identical. The main difference is in the back, rounded in the Velam and with little tails in the other two. The model is a new casting by Ixo and it's been sold in a new partwork series being the #1 issue...
In this pic, next to the original Isetta by Iso. The model is also an Ixo casting sold by Altaya in a partwork series in 2005. As a curiosity, The Iso Isetta was little produced in Spain also...
Here is a group shot with all Isetta and derivatives from my collection...
And here, with the BMW Isetta 1st series by Schuco.
Cheers.

Vary interesting Keko; I wasn't aware of this French car.
Love these little Isettas! Here are some 1:1s from the much-missed Bruce Weiner Microcar museum. In order they are: BMW Bubble-window Cabrio 1956, Velam 1956, Iso Isettacarro 1957, Iso 1955, BMW 300 pickup, BMW 300 Polizei, and Isetta 300. The last three pics are the 'Whatta Drag' dragster based on a '59 Isetta - I can't image going down the quarter-mile in that thing - but what a view you would have!
I hope one day to visit the Bruce Weiner Museum. In Spain there is another microcar museum. It's in Catalonia.

@keko-romero I am afraid that museum was auctioned off in 2013. Harvey was lucky enough to see it before that. If you come to the US, the next closest museum might be the Lane in Nashville. https://www.lanemotormuseum.org/collection/cars/item/bmw-isetta-300-1958
At the BMW factory in Spartanburg, SC USA:
