I originally found it odd when Stamp came out with the 1975 Caprice convertible. I wondered why they chose the 1975 when there was other more attractive Chevrolets that haven't been made. You may recall that GM eliminated all of their full size convertibles during the 1970s. It turns out that 1975 was the last year that GM made the full size Chevrolet convertible.

Other significant years for the GM family is as follows:1970-last year for the Buick Electra 225 convertible. Stamp will be releasing this one shortly.1970-last year for Oldsmobile 98 convertible. No model of this one yet. 1970-last year for full size Cadillac De Ville convertible.Matrix, Neo and BOS make this one.1975-last year for the full size Pontiac Grandville convertible- no one makes this one yet. 1975- last year for the full size Buick lesabre convertible. The closest model to this is Neo 1974 Buick Lesabre convertible. And finally 1976 -last year for the Cadillac Eldorado convertible. Made by Altaya and Premium X.
