Built more like a long-distance touring coach, to tell the truth. But yes, she does endeavour to fan the faint flame of sociability buried deep within my breast. A particularly thankless task, but it makes her feel useful.

No. Its Mrs Louisa Buckley, now a long-term resident in the Rockville Correctional Facility, Indiana, after she resolved a number of marital disagreements (8 known, possibly up to 15 in total) with a couple of well-directed .45 slugs to the back of the head. It makes my attempts to defuse a family argument by sulking in the garden shed for a week seem rather feeble and indecisive. If only I had kept my dad's crossbow. Silent and effective and doesn't alert the neighbours.
