Here are a few pictures of the new Stamp 1957 Cadillac 60S. This is a spectacular model about accuracy and details,

Looks great! If I was in the market, this would be the color I'd choose.

It looks superb and it's a beautifully done replica of the 1957 Cadillac ! That deep green color is excellent, too.

The reason I find this model particularly outstanding is about the stainless mat finish trim of the rear fender. There was a chrome trim piece finisher on the 1:1 about mid rear door and it is faithfully replicated as a separate chrome piece.

This is Stamp at its best. I will post soon pictures of their other outstanding 60 Special of the 50's.

What a great color choice. It makes this beautiful model 'pop'! With all the attention to detail and accuracy I can't help but notice that Stamp appears to have made the stainless trim on the top of the doors as one piece thus eliminating the 'break' between the front and rear doors. Or maybe it's just the way the pictures look on my phone.

It certainly is a beautiful model !

It's a great looking model, I agree with Nickies  about that "Fleetwood stainless."  I have a question about the taillights though. All four should be dome-shaped but in some internet pics, including Nickies,  they appear flat. Other pics correctly show them as domed.

Q: Is it the camera angles or are there different taillight sets?

Thanks Nickles. I'm glad to hear your praise of this model as I have the green one in route to me. This will display nicely next to the Black 58.

@chris Yes........ the tail lights lenses are domed. I am really trying hard to find something to criticize on this model but I find nothing. Everything is sharp in every details. Those who don't like resin models are really missing something. White metal is something of the past.

What I'd like to see in the past is needless criticism of other people's collecting interests.

This is a beauty.  I don't recall ever seeing this gorgeous shade of metallic green color on such a car back in the day but I have no doubt it is correct.

@100ford2003  You are right about the unbroken strip above the door windows. Same goes for the continuous strip along the bottom edge of the windows. I guess glueing in separate pieces of P/E surround with no support at the centreline would have been tricky. From a normal viewing distance it isn't a problem and doesn't really detract fom a very nice model, but if you were really, really obsessive you could glue on a couple of small pieces of something like fine chart tape to indicate the breaks.

I wasn't needlessly criticizing anyone's collecting interests here. I was just inquiring about the trim piece. I don't have a p.c. or laptop so I view these pics on my phone. Yes, it has a good size screen but I can only enlarge a pic so much.

I would never criticize anyone's collection.

Thank-you Graeme,

I sure hope not but I felt compelled to say something. 🤔
