I noticed this morning that one of my acrylic display cases (containing Brooklins) was in direct sunlight at that particular time. I'm concerned about it causing paint or other damage to the cars.
Any experience with this? Am I worrying about nothing? Thanks for any reply.

Are you concerned mostly about heat build up within the case or light/UV damage and fading to the paint or tires ? Or both situations ?
The sun would be a concern for me relating to the windows in the model. The plastic will yellow over time. This would be my biggest concern. The paint on the Brooklin models is automotive paint and a little sunlight for part of the day I don't believe would fade it. I also don't think that the tires would be a concern. Of course I would get the models out of any direct sunlight. I have clear UV firm on the windows of the room I keep my models in, also UV clear film on some of my display cases. The "glass" in these models is not easily replaced and I don't want to risk any sun related damage.
Yes, I worry and keep my shades down near my cabinets!
