@lloyd-mecca Love the wheels Lloyd. And I can tell it's a Neo because the headlights are yellowing (as are many of mine).

@lloyd-mecca If someone could come up with a solution, think of all the Neo, Mini Marque, Top Marques, GADM and others that could be restored. I've thought about drilling them out and putting in jewels like the old diecasts used to use.

There are dozens of YouTube videos demostrating how to "un-yellow" plastic using UV lights and Hydrogen Proxied solutions. There's no doubt these yellow headlights could easily be restored to crystal clear. IMO, your more difficult task might involve removal of said headlight lens.
