Please bear with me if this is a sore or worn out topic. I've been away from pretty much all my hobbies for the past 2 years, after my wife passed.

In spring/early summer years ago, I signed on with the Brooklin Collectors Club, as well as the North American BCC. I miseed on on the 1st clob model, but had no interest in it. I was interested in the 2nd, the Packard, and pre-ordered one.

Can someone briefly tell me what all happened to the NABCC? I'm having a hard time finding any info, and I assume I am out the money I paid for the model. Did it turn out to be a scam?

Thanks.

Jim Flynn

It was not a scam, and you should be able to get your money back.

John Kuvakas posted this a few months ago:  The NABCC no longer exists. The website should be taken down, but those who originally maintained it no longer have access to it. The owners of the O-Gauge Forum, who also owned the NABCC, migrated the NABCC members to the Classic One Forty-Third Club and [might] source a Caribbean version from Automodello. Brooklin is in the final stages of producing its version in white metal. It will be made available to those folks who originally ordered from the NABCC. Tom Kinney, Karl Schnelle, and I are no longer associated with the O Gauge Forum or any of its clubs.

If you want a refund of the old Brooklin Packard order, please email  Emile Henault of the NABCC.   Tom or John have his email.
