"4-dr convertible?" Who knew?

Being the convertible guy that I am...     I was surprised to learn that Chrysler authorized Newport Engineering (CA ) to create PT Cruiser convertibles BEFORE factory 2-doors were offered.    Hmm.....   Who knew?     Not me!  😯 😯

I think I knew but never saw one in the 'wild' before.

Whenever I think of the 4 door drop top, I think of the Lincoln.

Yes, very nice, a colour that suited the car perfectly.

I paid my own homage to it some years ago.

Being honest, more isn't always better in my opinion.  In the case of "4-door" cars over "2-door" cars, I've never been a fan of "4-doors" on any car.
